the breakfast was acceptable, offering some variety.
the room was not as clean as expected i found some hair in the bathroom. the staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns regarding the cleanliness, and their response felt dismissive. this lack of attention detracted from the overall experience

the airport shuttle service was punctual. My room had a comfortable king bed, and it was also very clean. i was really grateful for the courteous front desk, and their service was excellent.

the room was spacious. the free airport shuttle was also convenient. i arrived early and stored my luggage while i visited a shopping center. it was just a short ride away..
i was very disappointed in the management. i sent emails and left phone messages but never received a response. i was not refunded for my room since i didn't cancel it.

The front desk staff was not very polite? really unhelpful and low quality. unpolite people. I experienced that the free airport shuttle wasn't very reliable, no one answered the phone or responded to emails. i had to arrange alternative transportation, that was disappointing.

comfortable bedslow check-instale coffee
the bed was quite comfortable and allowed for decent rest.
The check-in took an unreasonably long time. There seemed to be some confusion. also, the coffee at breakfast tasted stale. I suspect it had been sitting out for a while. there was no freshness to it, i needed something better to start my day.
